1. Information we collect

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or sign in.
• Content you provide — the prompts, text, files, project data, and other materials you submit, and the output generated for you.
• Payment information — when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full payment card numbers; we receive limited billing information such as your plan, transaction status, and the last four digits of your card.
• Usage and device data — such as log data, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected automatically as you use the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used.

2. How we use information

• to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
• to generate the output you request and process your prompts through AI providers;
• to process payments, manage subscriptions and credits, and prevent fraud;
• to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support;
• to monitor, troubleshoot, and protect the safety and integrity of the Service;
• to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. AI processing

To generate output, the prompts and related content you submit are sent to third-party AI model providers that process them on our behalf to return a result. We take reasonable steps to work with providers under terms intended to protect your information, but their processing is also governed by their own terms and policies.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

• Service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the Service, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure, our database and authentication provider, our payment processor (Stripe), our email-delivery provider, and AI model providers. They may process your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of ALNO, our users, or others.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your direction — for example, when you publish a site, send an email, or connect a third-party account.

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period afterward as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated content as described below.

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of the EU/UK (under the GDPR) and California (under the CCPA/CPRA) may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. 8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International users

We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we take steps to provide an appropriate level of protection for international transfers.

10. Third-party sites

The Service lets you build and publish your own websites and applications and to link to third-party services. This Policy does not cover those sites or services; their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and you are responsible for the privacy practices of anything you publish.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
