Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the Service to create, host, store, distribute, or transmit content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
• infringes or misappropriates any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, publicity, privacy, or other right;
• sexually exploits or endangers minors, or contains child sexual abuse material (we report such material to the authorities);
• is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence, self-harm, or hatred against people based on a protected characteristic;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to impersonate a person or organization, including deceptive AI-generated media (“deepfakes”) presented as genuine;
• contains malware, or is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

2. Prohibited activities

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• violate the security or integrity of any network, system, or account, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, rate limit, credit limit, or usage restriction;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, or underlying components of the Service, except to the extent permitted by law;
• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service, or use it to build a competing product, or resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission;
• overload or interfere with the Service, including via automated or high-volume requests, or use it for cryptocurrency mining or other disproportionate resource consumption;
• remove, obscure, or alter any notices, or misrepresent your affiliation with ALNO.

3. Email and messaging

If you use ALNO’s email or messaging features, you must comply with all applicable anti-spam and communications laws (including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws). You may not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email, phishing, or deceptive messages; you must have a lawful basis to contact recipients; and you must honor opt-out requests. We may impose sending limits and suspend sending to protect deliverability and prevent abuse.

4. Responsible use of AI

You may not use the Service’s AI capabilities to generate content that violates this Policy, to mislead people about whether content is AI-generated where disclosure is required, to produce disallowed content described above, or to attempt to circumvent safety measures of the Service or its underlying model providers. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing or relying on it.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or disabling content, throttling or suspending features, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. We may act immediately and without notice where we believe there is a risk of harm, legal exposure, or a threat to the Service or others.
